We make handcrafted artisanal pasta.
All of our pasta is made from fresh, natural ingredients and all organic flour.
They are handcrafted into ribbons and shapes and then dried using time-tested traditional methods which could take anywhere between 16-20 hours at an ambient temperature of 30ºC (vs a couple of hours at 100ºC for commercially available brands). This not only retains the nutritional profile of the pasta, but also helps keeps the bite in your 'al-dente'.
From handpicking the ingredients to packaging the pasta, all is done by the Pastaias (pasta makers) to make sure we give you nothing but authentic, honest, good food. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
