If you are considering returns and refunds, you more than likely bought something from us. So before we go any further, a big thank you for considering us worthy.
We pride ourselves on making the best possible product and getting it to you in the best possible way. However, we understand that sometimes we might falter along the way. If you have had a poor experience with your order, our sincere apologies. Please contact us at info@donnapastaia.com with your order details, your concerns and we will evaluate your concerns. Once a request is approved we will make it right in the shape of a replacement, credit note or refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/refund/credit note.
