Not good quality

Takes forever to cook, by the time its cooked its completely white and the red coliur leaches in the boiling water . Dissapointed

Dear customer, firstly our since apologies for the poor pasta experience in this instance. We wanted to take a moment to highlight two important aspects of our handmade beetroot rigatoni, in fact all our pastas. Firstly, We highly recommend that you place the past in water that is already on a rolling boil. Because of the porous nature of our pastas, they start absorbing water immediately and they should always be placed in boiling water to initiate immediate cooking. Secondly, some colour fading is to be expected given as we use only natural organic ingredients, and when heat is applied during the cooking process there tends to be slight certain colour fading of the vegetables used.

We believe in this instance due to the long cooking process, there is a possibility of all colour having leached out to the past the water, leaving you with this experience. As mentioned we apologise for this, and one of our team will be in touch to help resolve. We hope you will give us another chance.
