Pappardelle Traditional (Egg Pasta)
Hand-cut pappardelle pasta, made with organic flour and eggs.
Pappare literally means to gobble up - it's difficult not to with this beautiful pasta! Pappardelle is a wide flat pasta, about 2cms wide made traditionally in an egg dough. Our Pappardelle are handcut, and go beautifully with any sauce that you plan to serve them with - with that extra surface area to catch more of the sauce.
Ingredients - Organic white flour, eggs
Net weight - 200 grams
Store at room temperature away from heat, light and humidity. Best before 3 months from date of packaging.
